Shipping & Returns
Each Leenaz garment is made in the Kingdom of Bahrain. As some items are made-to-measure please ensure submitting correct sizes when placing an order, custom orders will take from 3 to 6 weeks + delivery time.
Our hours of operation are Sunday-Thursday from 8:30am-5:30pm (GMT +3). Any weekend inquiries will be responded to on next working day.
All shipments are made with Aramex, you will receive a tracking number once the item is dispatched and charged according to shipping destination and weight. Leenaz shall not be responsible if the customer fails to receive his/her order from Aramex or a wrong address or contact details have been provided. Additional shipping fees may apply in the event of re-sending the item.
We offer worldwide delivery but with some exclusions.

CUSTOMS DUTIES AND IMPORT VAT
Your delivery may be subject to customs tax and VAT (Value Added Tax). These extra charges are forms of tax that are not included with Leenaz prices or our shipping charge. They will be collected from you directly when the package is delivered, and it will be your responsibility to complete the payment in order to receive your order.
In the event of being unsatisfied with the Product upon delivery, a written email or call should be made to Leenaz Customer Care within 14 days of receipt. The returned item must be delivered in a saleable condition and meet the following conditions:
- The item(s) must be in perfect condition with no visible signs of usage or scent
- The swing tag must be present and visible
Sale/discount items are non-exchangeable.
No returns or refunds on Made-to-Measure/Custom Products
The return of an item is at the customer's own cost and further postage costs will be incurred. Customs duties and sales taxes are non-refundable through Leenaz. Please note that exchanges will be submitted through the same customs procedures, therefore are applicable for duty and tax again.
In order to exchange ready- products and not custom made ones, the product requested for the exchange must be of the same value or higher. We will not exchange products for lower value than the original item purchased
Please email Leenaz Customer Care, who will issue you with a RAN (Return Authorisation Number). In doing so, please specify the product information you require and we will process this for you. You will receive confirmation of your exchange within 48 hours.
No exchanges on Made-to-Measure / Custom made items.
