How can I keep track of my order for
delivery?
As soon as your order is shipped, an Aramex tracking number shall be
provided by email.
How do I know if the colour is
accurate? We do not guarantee
the colours are exactly as viewed due to the difference between monitor screen,
phones and tablets.
Can I change my details? Yes you can change by logging into your account or my contacting
our customer care staff.
What size abaya shall I
get?
Depending
on the abaya design please follow the size chart provided, if still in doubt
please contact our Customer Care staff to advise you.

measurements?

Can I return my order? If your order was a made to measure/ custom product or discounted item then no
returns are permitted. If there was a
mistake in the order from our end then write us an email to communicate the
