  • Do you ship to my country?
    We ship via Aramex worldwide, with an exemption of a few countries.  Please email customer care for more information.
  • Are taxes/custom fees included in the price?
    No, all taxes and customs duty at destination country are to be paid by the recipient.
  • What if I don't see what I need on your site?
    Please
    email us your requirements and we will do our best to stock your favorite items.
  • Can I pay cash on delivery?
    Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Bank transfers and PayPal.
  • How can I cancel my order if I need to?
    Please contact us as soon as you can. If item has been custom made or shipped, no cancelation will be accepted.
  • I have received my order, and it is damaged!
    Please contact us within 14 days of receipt.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    Not at the moment.
  • I'm having trouble placing my order. Who can I contact to help me?

  • How can I keep track of my order for delivery?
    As soon as your order is shipped, an Aramex tracking number shall be provided by email. 
  • How do I know if the colour is accurate?
    We do not guarantee the colours are exactly as viewed due to the difference between monitor screen, phones and tablets.

  • Can I change my details?
    Yes you can change by logging into your account or my contacting our customer care staff.

  • What size abaya shall I get?
    Depending on the abaya design please follow the size chart provided, if still in doubt please contact our Customer Care staff to advise you.
  • I think I sent the wrong measurements?
    Contact our Customer Care staff within 3 days to ensure that no work was done on your custom order
  • Can I return my order? 
    If your order was a made to measure/ custom product or discounted item then no returns are permitted.  If there was a mistake in the order from our end then write us an email to communicate the return policy.
